The C2-W11 cooler are equipped with a thermostat and a probe for the automatic temperature control of the product in one tank.
These models come with internal circulation pump, cooled liquid storage tank, and all the safety components required for the hydraulic and cooling system. Available also in "R" version for the production of warm water.
Version ready to be connected to 2 or 4 or 6 or 8 final units (Tanks).
In this way we achieve the preservation of fine wine during fermentation and stabilization in the precipitation of tartrate.
