Semi automatic labeling machine This versatile semi automatic labeling machine applies self-adhesive labels on cylindrical and square bottles, jars, and other rigid containers. This semi automatic labeling machine can be used to apply self-adhesive labels to cylindrical and square bottles, jars, and other containers. The machine is also able to label bottles and containers with low mechanical resistance pressure (plastic bottles made of PET, PE, PVC, etc.). The bottle lays horizontally on the spools of the labeling machine. The front and back of the bottle can be labeled during the same cycle (max conicity 1°). Upon request We provide the machine already configured with one of our kits, which allow you to personalize labels and adapt the process to your needs: • Hot foil printer. • Ink printer΄. • Photocell, also known as “detector” for the application of transparent labels. • Kit for labelling squared or cylindrical bottles, that have a square base. Available kits for special bottles and labels: • Photocell for transparent or laminated labels. • Rollers for square or cylindrical bottles with a square base: ideal for oil or liqueur bottles. • Cylinders for specially shaped bottles: Ideal for liqueur bottles, made according to the bottle. • Special configurations for special label applications. • Semi-automatic horizontal label for a round bottle, with a choice of one or two labels (front and back) for a roll label. Optional equipment: • Kit for square bottle. • Kit for mignon bottle. • Conical bottle 1o. • Print ink for batch numbering or expiration date. • Thermal printing for batch numbering or expiration date. • Photocell for reading transparent label.
