Description
The semiautomatic bottle-blowing machine mod. TP/S is designed for use with products which can't enter in contact with water, as edible oils.
The operator places by hand the bottles on the rotary table of the machine, devided into 20 positions.
One nozzle is spraying the air under pressure inside the bottle, to remove powder and any small particle, prior to the filling operation.
The table goes on rotating to make a complete turn, before the operator can take it away.
The air-rinser is supplied including a filtering assembly for the compressed air.
The working speed of the machine can be adjusted by a potentiometer on the front panel, from 300 to 1.200 bottles per hour.
The machine - manufactured in stainless steel and plastic components in conformity with the international directives - is mounted on wheels with stopping brakes.
